Email support@profitlensanalytics.com and include enough information for verification.
- Shop domain: the Shopify shop the request relates to.
- Request type: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or another privacy request.
- Authority: your role and why you are authorized to make the request.
- Scope: what data or workflow you are asking about and any relevant dates or support references.
What happens next
ProfitLens reviews privacy requests against the data it actually holds, the requester's authority, and any legal obligations or platform requirements that affect the response.
If additional information is needed to verify the request or locate the relevant records, ProfitLens may ask for clarification before acting.
